Oakland’s CX Series Gauge Stand / Accumulator for sample guiding for profilers and profiling micrometers, for plastic film samples, paper samples, and sheet products.

Accommodates samples between 2 ft (60 cm) and 25 ft (765 cm) in length.  (Samples up to 20 ft in configuration shown; two additional guide rollers added for up to 25 ft samples). Swing arm holds tension on sample during operation.  Solid aluminum and painted-steel frame construction, supports gauges and profilers up to 100 lb weight.  

Off-line thickness gauges set on top of stand, as shown in photos at right.  Shown with 20 ft - 0 inch Polyethylene blown film sample (left photo) and 18 ft - 8 inch Polyester cast film sample (right photo) installed on to CX Series Gauge Stand running with CX-1000 Film Thickness Gauge.

Stand size: 52 inches High x 24 inches Wide x 22 inches Depth (not including guide rollers or swing-arm roller).  Adjustable leveling feet.  Weight: 80 lbs.
